A non-refundable security deposit of $300 is required for all events (see facility usage guidelines for additional information). Receipt of deposit indicates that you have read and agreed to the terms of our rental agreement and facility usage guidelines. All events must end by 12:00 p.m.

Do you have a list of recommended vendors we can use? 

No. You can use vendors of your choice. 

How much is the deposit, and when is it due? 

The deposit is $300.00 and it is due upon signing of the contract. 

Does the deposit go towards my rental balance? 

No. The deposit will be refunded within seven business days following the rental period, provided the premises are maintained in the same condition as when rented, and satisfactory to Vinehouse Nursery’s Management. 

Do you charge a cleaning fee? 

No. We do not charge a cleaning fee. However, any cleaning or repairs deemed necessary beyond normal use will be charged and deducted from the deposit. 

What is your policy regarding last minute changes or cancellations due to unexpected events? 

The full deposit is non-refundable. However, if you would like to cancel your event before sixty days prior to the event, we will issue a refund of 50% of the deposit. Anything after 60 days of the event will result in a non-refundable deposit. 

Do you have a sound system with speakers, or will that need to be rented? 

Our outdoor venue is not hard wired with audio/video equipment but you can bring your own speakers. 

How late can we stay?

All events must end by 12:00 p.m. 

What is the venue’s capacity? 

The venue’s capacity is 250 people. 

When is the rental balance due? 

All balances must be paid in full one (1) month prior to the event. 

When can we get access to the space to decorate/set up? 

You must coordinate a time for your vendors to make deliveries, set up and breakdown for your event within your scheduled rental time. Please plan your time wisely when booking to allow for enough time for setup and take down. An additional charge of $100.00 per hour will be added if not out by the time specified on the contract. 

What is the backup plan for rain or inclement weather? 

No refund will be given in the unfortunate event of inclement weather. Rescheduling due to inclement weather can be accommodated with at least a 10-day notice prior to the event. Vinehouse Nursery does not guarantee the availability of the alternate date as all events are booked on a first come first serve basis. 

Is your facility handicap accessible? 

Yes. Our facility is handicap accessible.
